We were very impressed with Scott and his team. From the outset, Scott was very approachable and always kept us up to date on the sales process. His team gave great insight into preparing our home for sale so we were all prepared for our first open home, which turned out to be our only open home as we had offers straight away and agreed 3 days later! During those 3 days Scott kept us regularly informed on what was happening helping us to make a decision quickly. Scott gave us a price guideline for our home and he managed to achieve this plus a little more, which we were very pleased with. His knowledge of the area is great, he knows property prices and sets realistic expectations.
